The Entrepreneurship Academy is a free program for young people developing their entrepreneurial ideas and business plans. The goal is to encourage economic development by empowering young people, awakening the entrepreneurial spirit and innovation, and providing opportunities for contact with potential investors.
The Accelerator is a five-day seminar designed to provide participants with intensive theoretical lectures, connect groups, and introduce them to a broader range of topics for further development. It consists of lectures, workshops, mentor discussions, and daily experience exchanges in an open format, following the “fireside chat” principle.
After the seminar, all teams have additional time to develop their ideas and implement the knowledge gained through education and mentorship. During this phase, participants complete homework assignments which they submit to the virtual classroom on the “Google Classroom” platform. These assignments are monitored by the mentors and the Academy’s organizational team, who provide instructions for corrections and improvement.
Master Seminar
Master Seminar
The Master Seminar is the second educational segment of ASK’s Entrepreneurship Academy. It is structured as a three-day seminar with full-day, intensive lectures aimed at analyzing, evaluating, and improving performance. This seminar is dedicated to deepening specific knowledge gained in the previous segment—the Accelerator—which provided foundational knowledge in key areas essential for starting and improving business ventures.
At the Master Seminar, the lecturers are not only experts in specific fields but also entrepreneurs with relevant experience and proven business success. Their role is to reassess the overall status of projects, aiming to eliminate persistent flaws in the concept and to fully develop and strengthen key points for growth.
Final Event
Final Event
The Final Event, along with the closing ceremony, is a two-day event for the best teams that have successfully completed the Accelerator and Master Seminar. This ceremony is attended by around a hundred guests, including members of the youth community and key players in the startup ecosystem in Serbia, to foster connections, networking, and the exchange of experiences.
The entire program is organized with the goal of achieving long-term impact on the target group, encouraging young people to become entrepreneurs, and promoting collaboration among all the actors present at the event. The first day of the event is dedicated to a general rehearsal of all participants’ presentations, along with additional work on improving public speaking skills. On the second day, the finalists have the opportunity to present their ideas in front of a panel of experts and potential investors, hoping to attract interest in investing in their business proposals.
